  • The accident circumstance
  • The third part details to include any information provided by them to you such as name, address, any other contact details, insurance company and insurance policy details
  • Detail of any witnesses to the accident provided by to you such as name, address and any other contact details
  • Any other relevant information required to enable us to process your claim, to include repairing garage details so we may monitor the repair process 

To enable us to correctly identify you in telephone communications, we may ask you certain questions so that we may verify your identity. This is to ensure that your personal information is not disclosed to other people inadvertently. You will have the opportunity to authorize us to discuss your claim with anyone else if this is convenient to you. 

In processing your claim we may need to disclose information to the insurance companies involved, the repairing garage or other interested parties.

Like many credit hire organizations, accident management businesses and insurers, we pass information relating to claims to a centralized database. The aim is to help us check information provided and also to prevent fraud. We will share information relating to your claim in this way and in dealing with your claim we may search the database.   • We may use an outsourced provider when it is not possible or feasible for us to fulfill a service or activity to you directly. Any service provider we may use will be based within the EEA. No personal data will be shared outside the EEA. Any outsourced service provider will not have any independant right to share your information

  • We may disclose or share your personal information in order to enforce any of our term and conditions and any other agreements
  • For the purposes of prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police, or public or private sector agencies, governmental or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation.
